BID2WIN Software Inc. is pleased to announce that User Conference 2009 will be held at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa, February 16-19, 2009 in Bonita Springs, Florida. You won't want to miss this conference—after an extensive evaluation of attendee feedback from the past three conferences, we have made some significant enhancements to the program—including more advanced training, and twice as many hands-on, instructor-led sessions!
In addition, UC2009 will feature two separate solutions centers for BID2WIN and BUILD2WIN, where you can ask questions specifically related to your company and test out new features with certified BID2WIN Software professionals. Not sure which sessions to choose? Our new 'Track Path' system makes it easier than ever to select the best sessions to attend—allowing you to get more value from UC2009 than ever before. Registration:
For the first time ever, BID2WIN Software will open pre-early registration,
August 11 - September 12, 2008. Pre-early registration will allow you to commit to User Conference 2009 in advance, and choose your tracks & training at a later date. Attendees who sign up during the pre-early registration period will have the first option to select tracks and training sessions when they become available—guaranteeing you a seat in whichever sessions you choose.

BID2WIN Software has reserved attendee accommodations for the nights of February 13-21, 2009 at $299 per night, single or double occupancy. Attendees are responsible for their own room, tax, resort fees and incidental charges. About the annual user conference:
The Annual BID2WIN Software User Conference is a three day event that allows clients to meet the BID2WIN Software family, enhance their product knowledge and network with industry colleagues. The conference is held in a new location each year, and attendees enjoy the opportunity to learn what's new in BID2WIN and BUILD2WIN during tracks & training, give feedback to the entire BID2WIN Software team and get hands-on training in our Software Solutions Center. And of course, we always manage to squeeze in a little fun, too.
