The browser-based field log in BUILD2WIN allows you to send job performance details including production, labor hours, equipment hours, materials, subcontractors and trucking to the office in real time.

Starting with baseline information seamlessly transferred from BID2WIN, the BUILD2WIN product allows tracking of reported production quantities, labor hours, equipment hours and material quantities against estimated values for heavy highway construction companies. Using a browser-based user interface, executives, project managers, field engineers and foremen can all view and track real-time status information about projects without installing software on their computer. And accounting personnel can quickly and easily transfer reported quantities to the job cost accounting system.

• Job expectations communicated to the field. BUILD2WIN allows seamless transfer of baseline estimate information from BID2WIN or optionally by importing an Excel spreadsheet, allowing field personnel to understand the production and related requirements for each part of the job.
• Real-time data transfer back to the office. Information about actual labor and equipment hours, production progress and material deliveries and consumption are immediately available in the office once entered by field personnel.
• Extensive production and cost analysis. As information is reported back from the field, on-screen dashboards provide instant detailed analysis of the data using charts and graphs, with drill-down capability allowing you to see as little or as much detail as you require. Management can better control project profitability by addressing problem areas immediately without waiting for periodic reports from accounting.
• Transfer job production quantities and hours to your accounting software. Once reviewed and approved, job production quantities and hours can be quickly and easily transferred to your accounting software for payroll and job cost tracking.
• Continue working, even when your wireless connection does not. Mobile Field Tracking provides greater flexibility when working in areas with little to no signal coverage. Field log information may be entered from any location, and the system will automatically synchronize the data behind the scenes when a connection is available.
• Configure the system to align with the specific way you work. BUILD2WIN allows you to customize the layout of your field logs—adding custom properties, changing the order in which fields are displayed, or turning off sections that you do not use.
