It seamlessly transfers baseline estimate information from BID2WIN, and allows tracking of reported production
quantities, labor hours, equipment hours and material quantities against estimated values.
Using a browser-based user interface, executives, project managers, field engineers and foremen can view and track real-time status information about jobs without installing software on their computers. And accounting personnel can quickly and easily transfer reported hours to their accounting solution for payroll.
BUILD2WIN Field can be purchased as a stand-alone system, or in combination with BUILD2WIN Logistics and/or BUILD2WIN Maintenance as an integrated suite.

Specify which field log conditions should be treated as warnings, and which should be treated as errors. For example, you might specify that a field log may not be saved if it is missing a production quantity. These settings are business-unit specific, so each of your divisions can configure their own preferences. Before a field log is saved, BUILD2WIN Field automatically scans all field logs in the system and detects conflicts such as:

BUILD2WIN is installed on your company server using a simple wizard. You have the option to use any of the three modules independently of each other, or in any combination. And, unlike competing systems, there is no software to install and maintain on field laptops. This saves many hours of work for the IT department, and eliminates the risk that one laptop is out of date, preventing synchronization of data.
Your Data Will Be Safe.
Because all data is contained in the Microsoft SQL Server database on the company server—as opposed to laptops in the field—only one backup is required to secure all job data. This eliminates the risk of laptops with critical job performance information on them being lost or stolen.
No Need to Remember Your Login Credentials.
BUILD2WIN integrates directly with the Windows security system to authenticate users, without requiring users to remember yet another password. When users open the browser and navigate to the BUILD2WIN home page, the user information they provided when they logged on to Windows is automatically called up and they are authenticated.
