Portsmouth, NH, May 12, 2009 – BID2WIN Software Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the newest version of BUILD2WIN Field Tracking, BUILD2WIN version 1.4.

BUILD2WIN allows job site foremen and field managers to track real-time production quantities, labor hours, equipment hours and material quantities, and compare them against the original estimate. This significant release includes highly requested features which provide even more control over the details of every project, allowing users to make changes before the profitability of a project is jeopardized.

For example, the newly added field log summary page gives users the opportunity to see immediate feedback when saving a field log. This report card-like summary allows users to quickly view estimated vs. reported costs for any specific field log, with the option to view details in unit costs or total costs, for all accounts associated with the job or just a specific account. This summary can be configured to pop up anytime a field log is saved, giving foremen more awareness of the daily success of a project before submitting it for approval.

Users can track these item quantities by adding a powerful new Estimate Items section to their field logs. This allows foremen to report billable quantities—how much of a particular line item was completed on a specific day—and makes it easier to track the progress of a job on a daily basis.

Top new features in BUILD2WIN version 1.4:

• A brand new field log summary page provides instant feedback on a field log immediately after it is saved and submitted
• You can now associate a particular piece of equipment with an employee's hours on the field log.
• You now have the ability to track billing quantities for estimate items within your field logs.
• You now have the ability to specify a second ID number for each of your organizations. This is useful when two organizations—perhaps a customer and a subcontractor—share the same ID number in your accounting application.
• When exporting field logs to accounting, BUILD2WIN can now be configured to interactively prompt you to enter values specific to your accounting export.
• A new Job Item Performance Summary Report allows you to compare estimated vs. reported values at the estimate item level.
• A new Job Item Progress Summary Report shows the billable quantities completed for each estimate item for a given period for a particular job, along with the estimated revenue for that period.
