BID2WIN Software's latest product release, BUILD2WIN, is a unique browser-based field tracking solution which allows the entire team to share and manage project details in real time, and export them to accounting.
BUILD2WIN is the only browser-based product of its kind on the market. As information is entered, whether from a jobsite location or from the office, it is instantly stored in the central database, and everyone using the system has immediate access to it.
With data seamlessly transferred from BID2WIN Estimating and Bidding or imported from an Excel spreadsheet, BUILD2WIN allows tracking of actual production quantities, labor hours, equipment hours and material quantities against estimated values. And accounting personnel can quickly and easily transfer actual quantities to the job cost accounting system.
BUILD2WIN also incorporates extensive data analysis functionality including digital dashboards, making it easy to analyze detailed data through highly visual charts and graphs. Drill-down capabilities allow even greater review in areas of concern.
Since BUILD2WIN is browser-based, all project information is stored on a company's server and all information is up-to-date at all times. There is no software to install on field laptops or office computers.
