Technical Writer

We are seeking a highly competent individual to join us as a Technical Writer.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a wide variety of end-user documentation, including, but not limited to:
• User Manuals and Getting Started Guides
• Installation Guides
• Hardware and Software Specification documents
• Online Help System
• Power Point Presentations and Lab Handouts for User Conferences
• Technical White Papers
• Training Outlines, Guides, Exercises, and Workbooks
• Newsletter Articles
• Knowledge Base Articles
Requirements:
• 4-year degree in a field suitable to the role
• Background and experience in technical writing
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personalities both inside and outside of the company
• Ability to work independently; strong ownership skills
